so, to the best of my understanding, it is two women kissing. one is bending over to kiss the other who is on her knees. the one kneeling appears to have her arms restrained behind her back.

Maybe my perspective is influenced entirely on my present situation, but doesn't it seem the standing woman is very large in the mid-section? Especially when compared to the skinny legs. Hmmm. Either she has a humpty-dumpty figure, or she is expecting?
I think the standing one is telling the kneeling one a secret. Maybe you're supposed to ask the person who drives the truck how she learned to use EBay using free dvds.

I was thinking it looked like Snow White dressed uncharacteristically sexy, leaning down and kissing one of the dwarves...the baggy bit of the dwarf costume...see it?
I thought it was a woman who recently had surgery to become half person, half moose.
This Moosman (moose + woman) did not account for the weight of the moose head and thus cannot walk upright anymore. Now she sadly drags her moose head along the ground ...
... or maybe it is too girls kissing.
