and so should the rest of us. the most recent reason texas gives us to stay away - a deaf man was assaulted by a cashier because he didn't talk to the clerk when making a purchase. (video of the story)
the clerk thought he was being rude by not talking to him.

You are right, due to one moronic cashier we should stay away from the entire state. It is a good thing nothing like that would ever happen in California, we are all level headed and intelligent out here. California is definitely the most smartest state in the country. C'mon Ed!
Ouch!
The whole idea of small talk with strangers just pisses me off. I'm not obligated to talk to you and you're not obligated to talk to me. If I want to buy a six pack of beer, I should be able to do so in complete silence.
And there are plenty of other reasons not to go to Texas, like all the redneck hick jerks, the weather, and I've seen the Alamo, so there's not much left. =P
Colorado says no to Texans!
Well at least that's what I've heard.
Family Guy last night (probably a rerun) had the family going to Texas for a while, but they had to run away when it was revealed that Peter was technically retarded, at which point the Texans strapped him into an electric chair because "Texas executes retards."
hyperbole kasey, hyperbole.
Thats how hate speech starts Ed, with people like you. Shesh.
Are you kidding around Lulu or do you really think Ed's post may propagate hate speech?
What do you think the shesh was for? I don't say shesh when people are spewing hate speech really. Shesh.
Oh and I see we have switched from the Giff to Lulu already hmmm?
See, I see the sheesh as more exasperated than kidding around.
And yeah, I like to mix it up.
No for me the shesh is more sarcastic and joking. If I were exasperated I would probably say something like grrr or aurgh, you know pirate style.
hmmmm, giff, lulu, kasey, what to call you?
giluka? lukaseg? gifkalu?
Win one for the Gifford, Ed.
