they say 5-7 days is their conservative estimate for repair time. Obviously, I hope for 2-4. One day shipping, one day repair, one day return shipping.
I had to get a new hard drive once when I was in grad school and it took 3 weeks to get it back. Three weeks without a computer in grad school is ridiculous. It was my own fault though, that was the first time I spilled water on a laptop. Good luck!
