question

will thursday reclaim it's role from wednesday? i think it just may. most of the reason for the long ago switch are gone. and, it seems like a lot of good stuff happens around fresno on thursdays.

what do you, of whom the tradition was started with, think? do you hold on to tradition or allow it to develop, perhaps evolve?

what do you, of whom continue the tradition this day, think?

I'm loaded more often on thursday than on wednesday, if that's what you're getting at.

It's Thursday.

(drops micropone)

What is this micropone that you speak of? A smalltown brew?

"I'm game for Thursdays," said he who continues the tradition cheerfully.

Micropone is a small version of corn bread, and dropping it signifies aggreement. Has since olden tymes.
Surprised yo didn't know that.

I loved Reggae Thursday, and loved Well Wednesday. All I have to say is there are times when I crave a nice vodka collins with friends on the patio of Landmark, Stones, or wherever. Hopefully by Christmas time you can tell me which night will be "the night" and I will be able to join anybody who is willing. I miss that!

Was there any reason for Landmark on wednesday, or was it just that we migrated there after Stones?

stones cut out their well weds, and their service went into the crapper in about a three week span. we've hit up lipari's (now called starline grill) and sort of have found home @ landmark. since we go there on other nights, the bar staff pretty much knows us, our drinks etc. and, they're finally compin some!

I heard that in most other college towns, thursday is the drinking night.
