so, i coach women's shot put, along with other throw events. this video has nothing to do with that. although i must say that the form of the athletes wasn't terrible
some great cameos in this skit as well.

i-sleep pro black noise
snl featuring brian cranston was alright. it had some moments, but in general it wasn't that stunning. however, one of the last things they did was a spoof ad that cracked me up.
love it. it almost reminds me of tracy morgan asking, "ooh baby, do they have buttermilk?"

band reunion at a wedding
i still force myself to watch snl. i dvr it, and watch it when i have time. sunday evening, after the superbowl, i decided i'd check out this week's episode with ashton kutcher. there were a few decent moments, but overall i thought the episode was weak, as usual. as i was fast forwarding through one of the last commercial breaks i noticed there was only a few minutes left, figured the show was about over and stopped the episode. i deleted it, as usual, and went about my evening.
i missed the best skit. fortunately, my good friend teh internets had the video and i watched it tonight. awesome.
fred armison, you hard core god.

japanese office
very funny clip from last night's snl. it features ricky gervaise, creator of the british version of the office, explaining the inspiration for the series.
and mccain was pretty funny, too.
"the oldness necessary..."
one last vid. this is funny if you've seen the nba commercials that were the inspiration.

a little bit of shhhhh
adam should love this story. it's about his favorite car part.
in other news, rainn wilson did a great monologue for snl
finally, i set up my show for the rogue festival today. now i need to make my title cards. hey, did i mention i have a web page there, too? it's a little something they did for all the artists. that's right, i did.

uncensored Xmas song
it seems that nbc actually has a youtube account, and they posted the uncensored version of this song. don't watch it if you're going to take offense to a euphemism.

saturday night live
so, i watched saturday night live last night, after catching some mediocre ufc fights. there were actually some decent sketches, and i thought christina aguilara sung well. especially the number she did with tony bennett.
here's a good one with amy poller as britney spears.
as usual, there were also some real stinkers. but, adam sandberg did some funny stuff.
