the high school in my neighborhood is making some national headlines. i think it will be interesting to follow this story, see what happens with this election.
in other news, i don't even remember who was the prom king or queen either of the years that i went.

I remember the queen was Kristen Berthgold and the king was an indiscriminate good looking black athelte. Now what does that say about me?
hmm, i think it might have been ray james.
and that would have only been our senior year. junior year...who knows?
btw, the person was not elected. which doesn't really mean anything other than the other students in the class didn't feel that this was the most popular candidate for the position. because really, prom kings or queens aren't elected for their message, campaign promises, or anything else.
